We have put together a shortlist of wellness essentials and tips for you to integrate into your daily fitness routine as an entry point to embody holistic wellness.  

Journaling

Journaling is an incredible tool we can utilize pre or post-workout, which allows us to practice mindfulness. According to Dr. Arun Dhir, Surgeon + Health & Wellness Advocate, journaling presents an opportunity for emotional catharsis and helps the brain regulate emotions. As humans, we experience the full range of emotions, which can be both empowering and overwhelming at the same time. Writing to organize your thoughts, clear limiting beliefs, and document intentions amplifies our connection to self and creates space for us to become fully present and grounded in our fitness practice. Additionally, we asked Holistic Health Practitioner and KINRGY Guide Jaclyn one tip she would share with our community surrounding nutrition and exercise, and she suggested incorporating foods high in antioxidants into our diet pre and post-exercise, such as berries and nuts. Recovery Practices
